I'm Candice Kingston, a performance specialist and executive coach who helps high-achieving leaders and teams build clarity, consistency, and confidence from the inside out.

I've spent the past 3 years focused on corporate performance, eight years before that in consulting and executive coaching, and more than a decade in senior operational roles. Across all of it, one truth has stood out: even the most successful executives struggle with self-doubt. But impostor moments aren't weaknesses- they're signals. They reveal growth edges, leadership blind spots, and opportunities to evolve.
